Queen's University

Queen's University is located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, a university town large enough to provide all the conveniences of modern life, but small enough for students to feel familiar with their surroundings. Kingston ranked as Canada's 3rd best "place to live" in Canada in the 2009 Canadian Business publication survey.

Among all major universities in Canada, Queen’s sets aside the largest proportion of its total operating budget toward student scholarships and bursaries.

Housing: Campus life is an integral part of the Queen's experience as nearly 90 percent of the first-year students live in residence. Students from all faculties mix together in a variety of residences that cater to different lifestyle choice.

International study: In 1994, Queen's University at Kingston established an International Study Centre at Herstmonceux Castle, East Sussex, England.

The Castle provides a unique experience for study and a gateway for students to Europe. The Centre is a unique learning environment where students from around the world have the opportunity to develop their careers in European setting while earning credits toward their academic degree programs.

he Castle provides both core courses and electives for many arts, humanities, social and natural sciences, business and law programs.
