Internship at the European Biodiesel Board Location: Brussels DL: 30 November 2011

The European Biodiesel Board (EBB) represents the interests of European biodiesel producing companies to EU authorities in Brussels. EBB gathers 73 European companies accounting for around 80% of the total EU biodiesel production.

EBB is currently looking for candidates to cover the following position/s:

Internship as Junior Assistant Manager with an academic degree in European law, economics, political sciences, administration, management. The applicant must have excellent English proficiency and is interest in bio-energy and in European environmental policies. A Knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus.

A Dynamic and Motivated Project Manager with a university degree either in Law, Politics, Economics, Communication. He/she must have knowledge of EU decision-making process and actors. Any prior experience in the field of energy, transport and/or environment will be considered a plus. Excellent English is required, and the knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset. The applicant must have a genuine interest in the environmental, climate change and renewable energy issues, and can understand the interplay between technical/industrial and political issues. He/she must have a “Can-do” attitude, ability to quickly understand, summarize and solve complex problems.
