ISCA – International Sport and Culture Association - and BYPF – Bulgarian Youth People Foundation, have the pleasure to invite you to the training: NERO – Non formal Education in youth Rural Organizations
The training is part of a series of youth events that ISCA is running, and will be focused on development of youth work, youth participation and youth organizations through non-formal education as the main topics.

The training course is planned to take place in:
Bankya, Bulgaria - Complex Jeravna   from 6th  to  11th of May 2011 (Travel days included)

The methodology of the training is based on:
A learner-centered approach where the participants are bringing their own experience and resources to the table and will take a starting point in personal experience.
Secondly, a train-the-multiplier concept that is devised to qualify the participants in their own future projects via experienced (Coe) trainers.
Participants will be given the opportunity to share, discuss, learn about and develop new ideas within the theme of democratic youth participation. Participants will be strongly encouraged to organise own projects after the course as well as to transfer what they learned during the course to their respective groups/organisations.
