Scholarship Description: There are three Scholarships for Overseas Students available to international students at the University of York. Application for these scholarships is online and the application form is on the link to the scholarship you apply for. The deadline for applications to be received is 30th April 2011. Late applications will not be considered. You will pay tuition fees at the overseas rate (i.e. non-EU students) you hold either a conditional or unconditional offer for study beginning in October 2011 you will be studying a full time programme at York (i.e. not HYMS or distance learning programmes).  For applicants of any nationality (outside the European Union), wishing to study any subject (excluding HYMS students) at any level as a full-time student at the University of York. The scholarship is worth one-third or one-sixth of the overseas tuition fee for each year of successful study. This is a competitive scholarship based on academic merit and financial need. For current University of York Masters students who are progressing to PhD studies at the University of York. The scholarship is worth £5,000 as a deduction from tuition fees.
