As part of the 2011 programme, at the end of May, Cre8ive8 is
organizing a screening of European youth movies. The screening which
would be followed by a discussion about European local and youth
activism and a film workshop facilitated by professors of the University
for Audiovisual Arts, European Film Academy ESRA (Paris- Skopje- New
York) is going to take place in Skopje, in the Cinematheque of
Macedonia.
If you wish to express your cre8ivity, the deadline for submitting the films is 10th of May.
The idea behind this event is to bring the European youth films
closer to the local audience. The intention is to present films which
cover topics such as youth activism, youth policies, European values,
diversity, non-discrimination, cross-border cooperation, various
cultures, also films that promote urban and sub-cultural spirit etc.
Note that the 4 films that are going to be presented will not be longer than 40 minutes. In addition to these 4, there are going to be presentations of 12 one-minute films.
