The Job
3E is offering a 6-months internship within its Sales & Marketing department, based in Brussels.
As part of the team, you will support the Events Manager with the set up and maintenance of a new Customer Relationships Management tool, as well as provide support for the organization of major commercial events.
Your tasks will focus on, but not be limited to:
Verifying, cleaning, integrating and managing data and data quality for customer database system;
Providing support on researching markets and leads;
Providing support to event manager on planning major events;
Preparing RFQs for sales team.
Profile
Student in penultimate year or final year;
Preferably BA or MA graduate in Marketing and/or Communication.
Skills
Strong IT, database management and internet skills
Experience with a CRM is a must (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with market research
Able to work well both autonomously and within a team
Excellent organizational skills
Flexible and adaptable
Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is an asset
